You don’t need a “serious” reason to see a dermatologist. Anything that worries you about your skin, hair or nails is reason enough. You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis, explained in plain English, and a realistic plan — not promises.
Consultation 350 lei · follow-up 150 lei · urgent consultation 500 lei
20–30 minutes · No referral needed · In English or Spanish

What you can come with
- Acne, rosacea, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions
- New or changing moles, pigment spots
- Hair loss or scalp problems
- Nail changes
- Rashes, itching, lesions that don’t heal
- A general skin check, even if nothing hurts
Urgent dermatology appointments
Some skin problems can’t wait: a rash that spreads quickly, a reaction after a new medicine or cream, a skin infection that is getting worse, a mole that bleeds or has suddenly changed. Call me on +40 746 058 339 or message me on WhatsApp — I answer personally and we find the nearest free slot, in Zorilor or Mărăști. An urgent consultation costs 500 lei.
Important: if your face, lips or tongue swell, you have trouble breathing or you feel generally unwell, don’t wait for a dermatology appointment — call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.
How the first consultation works
We start with your story: how long you’ve had the problem, what you’ve tried, which treatments you use and what runs in your family. Then I examine your skin — with the dermatoscope where needed.
At the end I explain what I found, what the options are and what I recommend — including what you don’t need to do. You leave with a clear plan: treatment, skin care at home and, if needed, the date of your follow-up. For short questions after the visit, you can message me on WhatsApp.
What to bring
- The medicines and creams you use, or photos of their labels
- Recent blood tests or medical letters, if you have them
- Photos of the problem from when it looked worse, if it has calmed down since
- For a mole check: no make-up, nail polish or self-tanner on the areas to be examined
Children and teenagers
I see children too — atopic eczema, warts, molluscum and teenage acne are among the most common reasons. Children come with a parent; with teenagers I try to talk to them directly, because they are the ones who will do the treatment.
Prices
A dermatology consultation is 350 lei, a follow-up for the same problem 150 lei and an urgent consultation 500 lei. Dermatoscopy, cryotherapy or other procedures done in the same visit are priced separately, and I tell you before we do them. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON), set by Clinica Optimum, and may change — I confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before your appointment.
Why see a dermatologist directly
For skin problems, the shortest route is straight to the specialist. You don’t need a referral, and most diagnoses are made by examination — the dermatoscope and experience make the difference between “a spot” and a precise diagnosis. Many problems people bring after months of pharmacy creams and internet advice are cleared up in a single consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral for a consultation?
No. My consultations are private, so you don’t need a referral from a family doctor.
How long does a consultation take?
Usually 20–30 minutes — enough to hear your story, examine your skin and agree on a treatment plan.
What should I bring?
The treatments you use, including creams, recent tests if you have them, and the history of the problem. For skin lesions, no make-up or nail polish on the areas to be examined.
Can I have a full skin check?
Yes. A full-body skin examination, including dermatoscopy of your moles, can be done during the consultation.
Do you see teenagers and children?
Yes. Teenage acne is one of the most common reasons for a visit, and I also see younger children with a parent.
